Enhance your NextGenPCR™ workflow with the launch of cyQlone™, our brand new qPCR, a quantitative version of the NextGenPCR™ Thermal Cycler that allows analysis of PCR fragments in real-time. The newest system is equipped with an on-board fiber optics module that can analyze fluorescence in 6 color channels (FAM, ROX, Cy5, ATTO425, TET, and Cy7). The innovative fiber optics system allows for extremely rapid fluorescence measurements, averaging a detection time of 20 milliseconds per channel per cycle. Harboring the speed of NextGenPCR™ thermal cycling, the instrument can amplify and analyze 96 multiplex samples in 9 minutes or less, making it the fastest SBS-format qPCR systems on the planet.

Generating rapid PCR results is not the only thing cyQlone™, our qPCR excels at. It boasts excellent sensitivity and robustness and has an ergonomical design. With a width of just under 20 cm, the system takes up very little space in the laboratory. The instrument is expected to work with all existing probe-based and intercalating dye RT-PCR chemistries. Proprietary high-speed NextGenPCR™ qPCR chemistries are also available from MBS. NextGenPCR™ chemistry allows users to enjoy the full speed of their qPCR system.
