Our NextGenPCR™ EZtrieve™ Heat Seals are pierceable and therefore suitable for applications that require sample retrieval from microplates for downstream use i.e., gel electrophoresis and sequencing.”

Use in combination with the NextGenPCR™ Semiautomatic Heat Sealer (cat. #10101/10102) and the appropriate NextGenPCR™ sealing anvil to seal NextGenPCR™ microplates for PCR.
Note: These seals are not suitable for fluorescence measurements. For applications that require fluorescence measurements, we recommend using NextGenPCR™ Clear Heat Seals
