NextGenPCR™ Arctic Fox HF Chemistry-2x 1.0ML
NextGenPCR™ Arctic Fox HF Chemistry-2X is a ready-to-use polymerase master mix for ultra-fast, high-fidelity PCR amplification. The polymerase master mix contains a genetically modified DNA polymerase coupled to a hot start anti-body. PCR is performed on DNA-extracted samples or direct PCR on crude sample material.
The Arctic Fox HF mix can withstand common PCR inhibitors found in animal, plant, soil and human samples. This makes Arctic Fox HF Chemistry-2X well suited for high-throughput routine PCR and rapid amplicon sequencing such as PCR tiling.
