NextGenPCR™ MPXV Amplification Primer Panel 96RXN
The NextGenPCR™ MPXV Amplification Primer Panel 96RXN contains 88 primer oligonucleotide pairs in two premixed pools (Pool 1 and Pool 2), each directed at a unique 2.5 kB stretch of the MPXV genome.
These premixed primer sets can be used in combination with NextGenPCR™ Arctic Fox HF Chemistry-2X (cat. #50050-1, available from Molecular Biology Systems) or with custom PCR amplification chemistry for whole genome MPXV amplification. Reagents are provided for a total of 96 samples.
The MPXV Sequencing Library Prep Kit – containing Arctic Fox HF Chemistry-2X – can be purchased separately (cat. #50027-1, available from Molecular Biology Systems).
Note: The NextGenPCR™ MPXV Amplification Primer Panel 96RXN does not include the reagents or the instrumentation necessary to sequence amplified DNA products. These materials must be purchased separately from another vendor.
