NextGenPCR™ SARS-CoV-2 Sequencing Library Prep Kit 96RXN
The NextGenPCR™ SARS-CoV-2 Sequencing Library Prep Kit 96RXN is a sample amplification kit for whole genome sequencing of SARS-CoV-2 virus in biological samples. This kit contains 29 primer oligonucleotide pairs in two premixed pools (Pool 1 and Pool 2), each directed at a unique 1.2 kB stretch of the SARS-CoV-2 genome, covering ≥ 99.9 %. With the NextGenPCR™ Arctic Fox HF Chemistry polymerase mix and our recommended cycling protocol, amplification of the SARS-CoV-2 genome can be completed in ≤ 30 minutes total cycling time.
The SARS-CoV-2 Amplification Primer Panel – containing all primer sets – can be purchased separately (cat. #50029, available from Molecular Biology Systems) if a custom PCR setup is required.
